Restaurants are inherently dirty businesses. We use a lot of energy and produce a lot of waste.
We do our best at Q’s to keep our world GREEN.

• Ecoproducts supplies us with to-go containers and paper goods that are made with recycled biodegradable materials.

• Rocky Mountain Sustainable recycles and converts our waste fryer oil into biodiesel fuel.

• Q’s recycles paper, glass, plastic newspaper, cardboard, and cans through Western Disposal.

• Q’s is a City of Boulder PACE program member.

• A portion of our landlord’s (The Hotel Boulderado) energy is provided by wind power.

• Food waste is composted and recycled into our restaurant gardens.

• RTD Ecopasses are available to all of our employees.

• Q’s utilizes as many “green” cleaning products as possible.
